The Automatic Film Coater is a high-precision flatbed coating machine meticulously developed by Shandong Annimet Instrument Co., Ltd. It is designed for large-area coating of paints, adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, conductive materials, nanomaterials, and functional materials for new energy and optoelectronics. The instrument supports multiple coating methods including adjustable blade, wire bar, and four-sided blade. Coating speed is steplessly variable from 1-100 mm/s, with effective coating sizes of 200×300 mm or 300×400 mm. The adjustable blade offers a thickness range of 5-10000 μm with 0.001 mm resolution and ±0.0025 mm straightness. Wire bar precision is 0.001 mm with thickness range of 4-850 μm, and optional imported high-precision bars. Specimens are held by normal clips or vacuum adsorption. The base plate is hard-anodized aluminum alloy with integrated bottom heating (ambient to 200°C, uniformity ±2.5°C). Equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen and mechanical buttons, it fundamentally solves the inconsistency of manual coating, producing repeatable, accurate wet films for cutting-edge applications such as lithium batteries, perovskite, OLED, and flexible electronics.
