    The Continuous Coating Tester is a compact continuous coating machine designed for surface coating processes on various substrates. It uses a comma blade coating method to achieve high-precision web coating, with an effective maximum coating width of 650 mm (adjustable), coating speed of 0.01-10 m/min, and a wet film thickness range of 5-1000 μm adjustable. The blade adjustment accuracy is 1 μm, using a wedge-type adjustment mechanism with digital thickness display. The instrument is equipped with a PLC programmable control system and a 7-inch color touchscreen running the Coater Automation Control System V1.0. Tension control ranges from 1-80 N, maximum unwinding/rewinding diameter is 400 mm, rewinding accuracy is ±0.5 mm, and automatic web guiding error is ≤2 mm. The substrate is fed from rolls using 3-inch air shafts with simple web threading. The overall installation dimensions are 1500×650×1350 mm with a weight of approximately 380 kg. It is widely used for coating experiments on paper, film, high-end adhesive tape, and various functional film industries, receiving high praise from universities, research institutes, and corporate R&D departments.
