    The Paper Plate Stiffness Tester is a professional testing instrument designed and developed in strict accordance with the requirements of GB/T 27591-2025 (Paper tableware). It is specifically used for determining the overall stiffness of paper plates, paper bowls, paper dishes, and other paper tableware products. The test principle is as follows: under specified test conditions, one edge of the paper plate is clamped, and the support point height is adjusted so that the plate remains horizontal. A vertical force is applied at a certain speed to the opposite end of the plate. When the pressing head descends to a specified position, the maximum force value recorded by the force measuring device during the pressing process is taken as the plate stiffness. The instrument has a maximum measuring diameter of 300 mm, maximum support distance of 100 mm, maximum descent distance of 40 mm, displacement accuracy of 0.1 mm, force measuring range of 0-20 N, and force accuracy of 0.5% F.S. The system supports both Simplified Chinese and English interfaces, with overall dimensions of 500×270×580 mm and a net weight of approximately 27 kg. This instrument is a professional standard device for quality control and type inspection in paper tableware manufacturing enterprises, quality inspection centers, and packaging production company laboratories.
