Product Introduction 
The Automatic folding endurance tester operates on the MIT method principle. Under standard tension conditions, a paper or paperboard specimen is subjected to reciprocating folds until it breaks. The instrument uses an imported servo motor with direct drive for the folding mechanism, achieving precise 135±2° folding without the wear and angle deviation common in traditional gear or cam mechanisms over long-term use. The spring tension system provides adjustable tension of 4.91-14.72N, ensuring consistent test conditions. Photoelectric control technology automatically returns the folding clamp to its initial position after each test, facilitating continuous operation. The touchscreen control system with Annimet testing software V1.0 displays real-time fold counts and force curves, automatically processes statistical data, and supports printing and data communication.
