The Intelligent standard sheet press is an upgraded version of the AT-YZ-1 Standard Press, a fully automatic sheet press designed in full compliance with ISO 5269/1, TAPPI T205, SCAN C26, PAPTAC C4, and other handsheet standards. It is used in paper laboratories to increase the density and smoothness of pressed specimens, reduce moisture content, and enhance physical strength. The machine offers both automatic timed pressing and manual timed pressing modes, with precisely adjustable pressing force. It utilizes quiet pneumatic pressing technology and features a lightweight, compact structure for easy operation. Maximum specimen size is selectable between 310 mm × 310 mm and 500 mm × 350 mm, with a standard pressing pressure of 0.345 MPa, maximum pressure of 0.8 MPa, and a pressure control accuracy of 0.001 MPa.

FAQ
1. Pressure display inaccurate, pressure unstable
Insufficient air pressure, pressure sensor shifted, or parameters uncalibrated. Adjust air supply pressure; recalibrate pressure values.
2. Touchscreen parameter settings not taking effect
System lag or unresponsive buttons. Power cycle; restore factory settings and reset.
3. Platen lift jerky or slow
Air circuit blocked, solenoid valve slow to respond, or cylinder lacking oil. Clear air circuit; service cylinder.
4. Cannot reach standard pressing pressure
Air hose leak, pressure regulator fault, or cylinder seal leaking. Check fittings for leaks; replace seals.
5. Automatic timer not starting or stopping
Timer module fault or sensor switch misaligned. Clean sensor head; reset pressing duration.
6. Uneven sheet thickness after pressing
Debris on platen surface or sheet placed off-center. Clean platen; center specimen during placement.
7. Alarm and shutdown
Safety door not properly closed or overload protection triggered. Close protection door fully; investigate overload cause.
8. Heating function failure or temperature deviation
Heating element damaged or temperature probe loose. Service heating assembly; secure temperature probe.
9. Foot pedal / manual mode unresponsive
Control wiring loose or foot switch damaged. Inspect wiring; replace switch as needed.
10. Sheet wrinkled or sticking after pressing
