FAQ
1. Poor disintegration, uneven fiber dispersion
Stock consistency too high or excessive sample loading. Lower consistency; reduce sample quantity.
2. Unstable stirring speed, weak
Loose or slipping belt, insufficient motor voltage. Tension belt; check power supply.
3. Machine shaking, loud noise
Not level or impeller shaft eccentric. Level equipment; check impeller perpendicularity.
4. Water leaking from container
Main shaft seal aged. Replace waterproof seal.
5. Inaccurate timing, auto-stop failure
Timer panel malfunction or parameter error. Power cycle and reset timer.
6. Impeller jamming, stock sticking
Fibers wound around blades or foreign objects inside. Stop and clean wound fibers and debris.
7. Overheating, stock getting warm
Excessive continuous operation. Allow machine to rest and cool before reuse.
8. Won't start with lid open

The standard disintegrator is the first-stage equipment in pulp sample preparation in pulp and paper laboratories.
